Thank you for shoping with us! Here is the place to find the answers to the most frequently asked questions. If after reading this you still have unanswered questions, please send me a message through the Contact page and I will get in touch.

Processing Time

- It usually takes me about 1 - 3 working days to get your parcel ready and bring it to the Post Office.

Shipping Times 

⭐️Shipping times may vary depending on your country’s Post System and other factors out of my control like customs declarations, Holidays or global Pandemia.

⭐️Estimated times:
- Switzerland 1- 2 days
- Europe 1- 2 weeks
- United States and Canada 3 -4 weeks 
- Latin America 4 - 8 weeks
- Australia and Asia 4 -8 weeks

⭐️If you have placed an order around the Holidays, please allow extra time for your item to arrive. Shipping during the Holiday season may result in delayed parcels due to the increase in Post activity.

Custom Duty and VAT

Customers sometimes might be subject to pay Customs Duty or VAT fees when receiving a parcel. The amount you might have to pay depends entirely on your country's tax laws and the value of your order. The Buyer is responsible for any import taxes they might be subject to.

Shipping Methods

I offer two kinds of shipping methods: 
⭐️Standard Priority Mail (without tracking number) which keeps the shipping costs lower and affordable for everyone. This means there is no tracking number for you to follow your parcel. If you choose Standard Priority (without tracking) as your shipping method at checkout please note that I can’t be held responsible for any mail losses.
⭐️Priority With Tracking Number. A tracking order will be added to your parcel so you can follow up. This obviously cost way more than shipping without. However, I fully recommend always adding a tracking number to your order so you have certainty of where your parcel is.


Shipping Materials

⭐️Stickers, Enamel Pins and Iron-on Patches are shipped on air-cushioned envelopes to protect your items from damage.
⭐️Washi Tapes are shipped either on air-cushioned Mailers or Cardboard Box letter size mailers, depending on the quantity of the order.
⭐️Art Prints are placed together with backing cardboard and protected with a transparent cellophane Bag, then they are shipped on a hard cardboard envelope to prevent them from bending during transit.
⭐️Please note that bending or damage may occur during transit even though I’ve taken measures to prevent it. 


Digital Downloads

⭐️Terms of use: This digital download is for personal use only, not for commercial use. You have the right to use this on your personal Phone and Electronic Devices but you might not reproduce this artwork and sell it. This artwork is copyrighted by Beckycas. 
⭐️Returns or Exchanges: All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once you purchase your Digital Download you will be able to Download and Print it. If you have any questions regarding your order please let me know.

Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges

⭐️All sales are final, I don't offer cancellations or exchanges, so please read the listings descriptions very carefully before placing an order at check out. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact me and I will be happy to help.
⭐️Returns are available in the EU if you send me the parcel back within 14 days of purchase and will only be valid if all the items are in good condition without any trace of damage. The shipping costs will be covered by you and you are fully responsible in case of any mail losses. After I receive the parcel and if everything looks great, I will issue a refund for you on the amount of the items you purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns are not available outside the EU.

Lost or delayed items during transit

⭐️If you chose a shipping method with a tracking number and your parcel was marked as delivered but you still haven't got it yet, you can ask your local Post Office and they might be able to give you information about your parcel. The same applies if the status of your parcel hasn't changed for a while.
⭐️If you chose a shipping method without a tracking number: Sadly I don’t do any type of refund or product replacement in case of a lost parcel in the Mail. I can’t be held responsible for other countries' mail systems' flaws.
